Not the right size, or not what you are expecting? No worries!
All products may be returned and exchanged within 100 DAYS of purchase if in an unused and resalable condition.
Simply return the product in a saleable condition (with tags and packaging if relevant), your proof of purchase and your contact details, and let us know what you need instead. We will swap them over - no restocking fee! - and will send you the new one at our expense.
Too Easy - we recognise buying on the net and for other people is hard we make swapping easy, and do it regularly.
If you can't find something to suit, we will provide a credit note. Please note that sale-priced items sell fast and a full size/colour range in run-out items may not be available for your exchange.

All warranties and repairs are covered by the more generous of the store guarantee, manufacturer guarantee , and Consumer Affairs Legislation.
Cycling & Sports Clothing provides a store warranty of 1 year for reasonable wear and tear. We reserve the right to utilize manufacturer warranties where available in delivering this. This could mean repair or replace at our, and the manufacturers decision.
Additionally if a product over one year has not met expectations please contact us. Anything purchased from us should withstand reasonable wear and tear, so if it doesn’t, please contact us and we will assess on an individual basis.
Our refund policy complies with all Australian State and Federal standards. Essentially if a product is not fit for purpose, is misrepresented, or cannot be repaired in a reasonable time frame we will happily refund!
