The consistency of Premax Anti Friction Cream is best described as ‘in the middle’ it’s not watery and thin, or a thick paste. It’s a moderate, smooth and silky cream with a refreshing scent and no tingling sensation. It easily washes out of clothes and cycling knicks.

Directions for use: Apply liberally and evenly at least 5 minutes before sports or exercise. Reapply at regular intervals as required.
